Shipping Rate: For retail customers, we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $35 or more and a flat rate of $4.95 on orders below $35. Wholesale orders over $200 receive free shipping within the contiguous U.S otherwise it's a flat $7.95. Transit time: Online orders are shipped the next business day when placed before 11 am Pacific Time via USPS Priority Mail.

Ordering and Sales Tax
Retail customers may order directly through our website. Wholesale customers order by emailing us at email@example.com, or by calling 213-784-2342. Our customer service hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding major holidays.

Karma Kafe does not collect sales tax on online orders since all products are considered grocery items and tax exempt in California.
Payment and Promotions
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Payments and Apple Pay (on select devices). All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. We offer 30 day terms to wholesale accounts on approved credit. To request this Net-30 option, please fax your credit references to (213) 947-1723.
